How to Order

We’ve outlined all the steps you’ll take with us  – from choosing which type of donor sperm to receiving the treatment. We’re with you all the way.

1. Choose your donor sperm treatment

IUI or ICI?

IntraUterine Insemination (IUI) sperm units can be used for all types of fertility treatments whereas IntraCervical Insemination (ICI) are suited for vaginal inseminations, or in cases where your clinic prefers to process the sperm themselves.

2. Choose your donor category

Open or closed donor?

Your next step is to decide between an ID-release and a No ID-release donor. Please note that some countries have special rules concerning donor identity release. We recommend that you consult the clinic or healthcare professional treating you before choosing your donor category.

3. Find your donor

Find your donor

This is a big decision, and we recommend that you take your time. Start on our Donor Search page and remember you can always get in touch if you have questions. If the donor of your choice is listed as out of stock, then please contact us for more information.

4. Place your order

First, remember to consult your clinic or gynaecologist about how many units you should order. One unit should be enough for each treatment. You may need several treatments before you become pregnant and ordering more units at a time will save on shipping costs.

Our most popular donors sell out quickly. If you are considering the possibility of additional children and you wish them to be full siblings, we recommend that you purchase additional units for later use. The units may be stored at our facility until you are ready to use them. We offer a buyback policy if you no longer wish to keep previously purchased units that are stored with us.

You can order units to be shipped immediately or you can choose to store them with us for future use.

Before placing your order, don’t forget to check if your clinic or gynaecologist is allowed to treat you with the donor sperm you have chosen, and to inform them that your order will soon be on its way to the clinic.

Lastly, just choose a delivery date.

5. We ship your order

We ship your order

In most areas we have day-to-day delivery, but it is not possible to receive orders on weekends. Before we can ship your order, we need to make sure that all required paperwork has been submitted to us. For some orders the receiving clinic must also approve certain paperwork before we can ship your order.

6. Treatment

We cross our fingers for you!

Once your units are posted, our part is done and it’s time for your treatment. Remember we’re still here for you if you have questions. What’s more, we always love to hear from our customers who’ve had a child so do let us know.
